INFORMATION ON PAYMENTS

I. WITHDRAWAL/REFUND/FORFEITURES OF SCHOOL FEES:
A. Except for Registration Fee.
     1. Withdrawal before the first day, a full refund of all fees paid.
     2. Withdrawal within the first week of classes, a refund of 90% of all the fees paid.
     3. Withdrawal within the second week of classes, a refund of 80% of all the fees.
B. Withdrawals should be made in a format written notice, otherwise the same is considered unauthorized.
C. No refund will be granted after the second week of classes, regardless of whether he/she attended classes or not.

II. OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS:
A. A clearance of accounts or Official Receipts should be presented to the teacher-in-charge on the first day of every semester or term, or on the examination day as the case maybe.
B. The accounting office will send reminder of payments one month before the scheduled due date. A 12% interest per annum will be charged on all overdue accounts.
C. Students will not be allowed to take the final examination without a clearance of all accounts. The clearance slip should be signed properly by the heads of the department concerned and presented to the teacher-in-charge on examination day.

DUE DATE OF ACCOUNT:
A. SEMESTRAL - October 15
B. QUARTERLY:
     1st Quarter - August 15
     2nd Quarter - November 15
     3rd Quarter - February 15
C. MONTHLY - Every 30th of the month
